"I founded Digital Sparky because I was tired of seeing South African businesses held hostage by 'cookie-cutter' templates. Agencies were charging fortunes for R5000 Envato themes that looked good on the surface but performed terribly in search results.
That didn't sit right with me. I wanted to see local businesses actually grow.
My journey began in the trenches—volunteering for Non-Profits (NPOs) where every rand had to generate a return. I studied the foundations, obsessing over good old HTML and CSS before mastering elite frameworks like Next.js and React. I refused to take shortcuts.
Today, Digital Sparky has evolved into a performance engineering firm. We have helped scale small startups and large corporations alike—not by selling templates, but by engineering digital assets that dominate their markets."
